How We Do Business

Everything we do at Omedix stems from our approach to business and to life. After all, this is what we spend most of our time doing! As such, we’ll accept no less than feeling GREAT about what we do and how we do it! Over time, we have grown to embrace the following principles:

  1. Do the right thing.

    When our heads hit the pillow at night, we want to feel great about what we did earlier that day. That means always being 100% straightforward and fair with clients – charging a reasonable fee for our services, giving great service, owning up to any mistakes if we made them (to be tested when we make our first mistake), and making sure we have truly advanced the interests of our clients so that they are SIGNIFICANTLY better off as a result of having welcomed us into their organizations.

  2. Be transparent.

    We are an open business to our clients. Our clients and our staff use the same project management system to check progress. All support tickets are logged in our customer portal where the timestamp between "ticket created" and "ticket resolved" is clearly visible to everyone. We post all our major company announcements not through crafted press releases but our company blog.

  3. Create value.

    We believe in the idea that our clients hire us to “create value” for their organizations. It could be happier patients, more patients, different kinds of patients, more efficient visits, an easier way of doing something, more fun, or pretty much anything! But at the end of the day, we don’t “build websites” or “setup patient education”. We help practices better themselves using the Internet.

  4. If you love what you do, you’ll be great at it.

    We are all free-thinking, mature adults who can choose any career we want. We have chosen this career because we love it! “Loving what you do” is our chief criterion in selecting our work. “Actually earning a living from it” comes next. We build our services around our interests; not the other way around.

  5. Do PHENOMENAL work.

    The favorite part of our job? It’s when we do the “big reveal” of a website design and watch our clients start cheering. We want that feeling in all the services we offer.

If for whatever reason you feel you have not received a superior value from a service we have delivered to you, tell us and we’ll do everything in our power to right the situation.  If your project was completed less than 6 months ago and for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, we will refund 100% of your setup fees.
