The Team

Josh Padnick

President

Josh is responsible for overseeing ongoing operations and for planning overall company direction. Prior to founding Omedix, he worked with GE Medical Systems, where he helped develop a national sales & marketing strategy for the Cardiology division. Earlier, he was with Litholink, a kidney stone disease management company, where he was responsible for marketing and business development.

He has served as Director of Information Technology for the Wharton Business Plan Competition and as President of the Wharton Technology Group. He currently serves on the Board of the Health Services Association of Arizona. As a software developer, he has over 9 years of experience building dynamic websites, and has served on the Arizona Governor’s “Technical Workforce” committee as part of the Arizona e-Health Collaboration Project. Josh received a BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Computer Science from Arizona State University.

Nadaa Taiyab

Vice President, Finance and Operations

Nadaa is responsible for operations and financial management at Omedix. Prior to joining Omedix, Nadaa headed the launch of a chain of health clinics in Mumbai, India for Medicine Shoppe, an international pharmacy chain. She built a team of thirty-five people, developed all aspects of the marketing plan and pricing model, and launched nine clinics in under one year. Nadaa has also worked as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, New York and for the Private Sector Development Unit of the World Bank, Indonesia on infrastructure development in post-conflict areas. Nadaa graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in International Relations. She also completed an MA in International Business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, which is jointly administered by Tufts and Harvard.

Charles Wallace

Vice President, Support

Charles directs all Omedix customer support and has overseen hundreds of successful support requests. He is responsible for ensuring that clients receive timeely feedback and continue to enjoy a well-functioning website. Highly skilled in all modern web techniques and standards, Charles also advises a growing number of Omedix clients on how to leverage the best of the Internet. Charles has worked on over 50 websites across the spectrum of Internet technologies. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt Unversity.

Adam Butler

Senior Designer

Adam is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of every custom or premium Omedix website look gorgeous, as well as for developing new website concepts from scratch. He is highly skilled in layout, composition, and typography and gives extraordinary attention to both detail and overall usability to create designs that make sense, communicate effectively, and are seen as stylish and professional. He is a recent graduate of the University of Denver, acquiring a double-major Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Media Studies and Electronic Media Arts/Design.

Vince Gonzalez

Senior Developer

Vince oversees all XHTML/CSS, Javascript, jQuery, and "web coding" at Omedix. He is masterfully versed in javascript, particularly jQuery, which he has used to create all manner of interactive effects.

Jodey Thompson

Senior Project Manager / Content Writer

Jodey manages the written content for client projects, including writing, editing, and proofreading all content. In addition to managing the overall quality of client website content, she oversees the complete website project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Prior to Omedix, Jodey served as a marketing associates with Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula, where she was responsible for most hospital website content. She has over six years' experience writing web content and in brand development. Jodey has a degree in Communications from University of California, Berkeley.
