Seeking Brilliant Web Designer
We've experienced rapid growth lately and are looking for a brilliantly talented, aesthetically gifted, and perhaps even slightly pompous (tends to come along with genius unfortunately) web design genius to help us create the next generation of medical websites.
Nature of the Position
- Possibly part-time
- Possibly full-time
- Contract/Per-Project is also an option
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Generate a Beautiful Visual Web Concept based on detailed specs
- Flash
- Deliver PSDs of Home Page Concept, Interior Page Concept, and a few other small things
Bonus Responsibilities (If you can handle them!)
- Generate logo design concepts
- Generate User Interface designs based on rough outlines (not too rough, though)
- Design ads for us
- Other tasks as your skills/abilities permit
Required Skills
- Can use Dreamweaver and Photoshop like your life depended on it
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Comfortable on the phone talking with clients if necessary
- Likes interacting with people and presents as a professional, but comfortable working productively on your own
Skills/Credentials/Traits for Which You Will Earn Brownie Points
- Superb visual design skills and aesthetic sense
- 1-5+ years experience in web design / visual design
- An appreciation for the meaning and aesthetic of Web 2.0
